About Jalea Mone'

Hello everyone! My name is Jalea Mone' and here's a little background about me. I grew up passionate about fitness. However, it was not until college which I began attending the gym and performing strength training. I instantly fell in love with strength training, how it made me feel and look, and how powerful and confident I felt throughout the exercise. Although I had the fitness portion down-packed, I lacked the nutrition aspect. It was not until I became a Registered Nurse in 2020, I truly began focusing on my overall health. I became more conscious of what I put into my body and how to ensure all my hard work in the gym wasn't for nothing. I focused on how to gain muscle while trimming body fat. One thing about me is I love to eat and I do not believe in limiting myself to a specific diet. I focus on nutrient dense foods, protein packed foods, portion control, and healthy alternatives. I value taking care of my overall well being, emphasizing the importance of caring for mental, emotional, and spiritual health as well. The bonus is looking good, the key is feeling good.
